Terms and Conditions

W&M Express is a declining balance account associated with your W&M Tribe Card. W&M Express can be used at various locations on and off campus. All current Students, Faculty and Staff have access to a W&M Express Account as long as they are actively enrolled/employed by William & Mary. After careful consideration of changing campus needs, the W&M Express program will wind down operations with off-campus vendors on June 30, 2025 and at on-campus vendors December 31, 2025. Please review and agree to the Terms and Conditions for use of the W&M Express Account

By depositing funds to my W&M Express account, I understand that:

The minimum deposit amount is $10.00

There is a $1.00 transaction fee for all deposits.

By making a deposit, I have activated my W&M Express account.

I cannot make a withdrawal from my W&M Express account.

Deposits made to my W&M Express account are non-refundable as long as I am an active Student, Faculty, or Staff member of William & Mary.

The funds in my W&M Express account are non-transferrable and can only be used by me. If my Tribe Card is lost, William & Mary and Tribe Card Services is not responsible for any misuse or spending of my W&M Express funds. I am responsible  for marking my Tribe Card as lost to prevent the misuse of my W&M Express funds. 

The money in my W&M Express account automatically rolls over from one semester to the next as long as I am actively enrolled/employed at William & Mary.

The funds in my W&M Express account become refund eligible upon Withdrawal/Graduation for Students, or Separation/Retirement for Faculty and Staff provided the remaining balance is $10.01 or more.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notification at the discretion of William & Mary and Tribe Card Services.
